OR case ako later at 6pm somewhere in QC, medyo kailangan ito ng maayos na placement para ma position ng maayos ang foam (extensive bridging technique) at ma trap and suction effectively ang potential pathway ng necrosis, this case is 8 yrs old with lymphoma.
Dami need ayusin post npwt to ensure mawawala ang pressure and other aspect na mamaya ko pa lang makikita once mahawakan kona ang tissue.
